    very good phone

    Nokia 6136 is good and simply. I can see ho calls me without opening. Battery is working for almost a week even if it's not new. I like this phone very.

    Simple easy to use phone.

    The Nokia 6136 is an easy to use and simple phone. Camera is not great,especially with night shots which are very grainy, for that reason I rarely use it as the picture quality lets it down.The phone itself is very sturdy, self explanatory and reliable. Battery life is good, lasting several days at times.Memory card is great idea and provides lots of storage for messages, music etc and is transferrable to some Nokia upgrades.One niggle that I came across is the fact it states wifi. Mine will pick up my wifi router but won't let me connect throwing me a 'contact service provider' message everytime. When I did they will not entertain it and to date I cannot find any way that I am able to use this model with wifi at all unless I am missing something! UMA or unlimited mobile access ...

    its a great fone just i cant get my wifi to work,but great value and an all round great fone with a good battery life too. easy to use very easy fantastic fone its a nice size fits neatly in a pocket for the price its a great buy....

    Mis-sold Wi Fi phone

    According to Nokia’s website this is a European phone and not sold in the UK? Bizarre, certainly if it has BT’s details. If I read the technical spec correctly on Nokia’s forums, this phone does not function as a wireless browser. The wireless LAN function is specifically for a technology called UMA (which I think is universal mobile access), a technology that allows a mobile phone call to go out via a wireless hotspot. Apart from BT’s homehub/broadband I know of no other provider that supports this feature in the UK. Other phones such as the Nokia N95 do support wireless browsing so unfortunately, based upon other users comments on nokia’s forums, it doesn’t look like it will function as you intended.

    Nokia 6136

    Much better than my old phone more compact and lot of added features. Simple and easy to follow instructions and for a used mobile in very good condition. Would recommed this model to anyone - still have not had the time to master all of the features but intend to take some time this week end to go through them all. The radio feature really appeals so once I get to grips with it will enjoy listen at any time - wi-fi what a bounce so many features it just making the time to find out about them all - I bought this phone because I wanted something a bit more compact and this gives me everything I need.
